"WizAdJournal" was created to offer non profit organizations, requesting fundraiser ideas, an option that also took into considerations the environment. It just so happens that "WizAdJournal" also saves organizations money and time.
The developer of "WizAdJournal", PBCS Technology, is also the developer of Wizevents.com. Wizevents is an easy to use application that empowers organizations, individuals, and businesses to create and manage online event registration – and more! Wizevents offers a full suite of event planning and reporting tools so that event organizers can attend to their events, while Wizevents attends to the registration details from beginning to end.
Combining the two products together, you acquire the ability to do online event registration where you collect ad text that seemlessly moves into the Online Virtual Ad Journal. These ad are dynamically displayed along with all other supporter ads.
PBCS Technology, the mother company of both Wizevents.com and WizAdJournal.com, was established in 1984 in Baltimore. We have over 25 years experience utilizing technology to deliver creative fundraiser solutions. Richard Levitas
CEO/President
Rich has over 25 years experience in various senior management and technical development positions providing IT solutions using a broad range of technologies. Development efforts that Rich has been involved include technologies from Oracle, Microsoft and IBM. Rich's professional career includes the founding of an IT company that launched a medical software development unit. He has held senior management positions for a mid-size IT company located in Northern Virginia with responsibility for a wide range of IT programs delivered to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency and U.S. Social Security Administration. Rich has a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Joyce Levitas
CTO
Joyce has over 25 years experience with a broad range of software development and database technologies. Currently at PBCS, Joyce is the lead architect and developer for a variety of web-based applications, websites and e-promotions developed and deployed for PBCS client organizations. From 1988 through 1996, Joyce was the chief architect and lead developer of the PBCS Practice Management Software that grew to the 2nd largest local provider to private physicians in the state of Maryland. From 1996 through 2000, Joyce was an innovator in the education industry working as an educational Technology Director where she gained keen insight that allowed her to create an easy to use web-enabled tool providing technologically integrated curriculum activities for teachers and students. In the late 1980’s Joyce developed a PC organizational and menu program that was distributed on over 100,000 computers, and an educational software product that received national attention and distribution in all Egghead Software and Babbage’s retail stores across the country. Joyce is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Information Systems Management.

Ed Fleischer
Executive Vice President
Ed has over 35 combined years experience in the advertisting agency, publishing and typesetting fields. As founder and president of Mid-Atlantic Photo, the first commerical phototypesetting company in the Mid-Atlantic region, he has a keen eye for layout and design.
Ed managed Mid-Atlantic Photo with with a staff of over 30 employees, that produced hundreds of books and thousands of advertisments each year. Ed attended The University of Baltimore and majored in advertising and design. He is a 6 year veteran of the U.S. Army.
