The Hasten Hebrew Academy Annual HAI-Life Award Dinner will be held on Sunday, May 23rd at 5:00 at the Arthur M. Glick JCC. This year's honorees are Drs. Mark and Ora Pescovitz. The Pescovitzes have a long history of support for our school including three children who are alumni. Dr. Mark Pescovitz is a member of our Board of Directors and is the treasurer and Campaign Chair for the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis. Dr. Ora Pescovitz is the executive vice president for medical affairs and CEO of the University of Michigan Health System. She has previously been honored by the Hasten Hebrew Academy as its Woman of Valor. Our distinguished teacher honoree is Karol Cook, our first grade general studies teacher. This year you will have a new and exciting way to "honor the honorees." Our Ad Journal will be virtual! Having a virtual Ad Journal means that it will be accessible on-line for the entire year. It will also be projected on a screen during the HAI-Life Dinner, increasing exposure for the ads. Also, advertisers will be able to have a link from their ads to their own websites. |
