Paul T. Brensilber

Paul T. Brensilber was born in Brooklyn, New York, was raised in Jericho, Long Island, and now, along with his lovely wife Barbara, and two beautiful daughters, Jordan and Samantha, calls Tenafly, New Jersey home.  

Paul is President of Jordan Coopers & Associates, a residential management company based in New York City where he manages over 35 properties for individuals, cooperative apartment corporations, and condominium associations and institutions.

He is the Vice Chairman, past President and Chairman of CHIP, a residential ownership group that educates and represents New York property owners, and is on the Board of Directors of RAB, a reality advisory group and REBNY, a residential management organization.

Paul is very active in his community. He sits on the Zoning Board for the borough of Tenafly, New Jersey, and has coached soccer, basketball and softball for the various teams his daughters have been involved with over the years.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys travel, golf, and volunteering his time and efforts as an Affiliate Board member of the Museum of Jewish Heritage, A Living Memorial to the Holocaust.  Here he has works with the Development Department to raise funds through their annual golf outing and other major fundraising events. 
 
 

Roddey Dowd, Jr.

Roddey Dowd, Jr. joined Charlotte Pipe and Foundry in 1981.  During his career at Charlotte Pipe he has worked in many different areas.  Currently serving as a director and president of the company, Roddey oversees Charlotte Pipe’s manufacturing and sales operations as well as corporate development and product development.  He also works with senior colleagues on long-range planning initiatives.  Before coming to Charlotte Pipe, Roddey worked at the Irving Trust Co. in New York City for more than three years.

Over the years, Roddey has held leadership positions on numerous boards for charitable and non-profit organizations and educational institutions, including the Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Historical Landmark Commission, Woodberry Forest School, Central Piedmont Community College Foundation and University of North Carolina at Charlotte Foundation.

Roddey attended Woodberry Forest School and he has a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  His son Roddey Dowd, III is currently a student at The University of the South (Sewanee).


 

 

Jordan A. Ziegler

Jordan A. Ziegler is a senior partner of the New York law firm of Brecher, Fishman, Pasternack, Walsh, Tilker & Ziegler P.C. where his practice includes Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Municipal Disability Retirement Pensions. He serves as Chair to the law firm’s Municipal Disability Retirement Pension Department.

Jordan is a strong advocate for the rights of injured workers. He is Disability Counsel for numerous police and law enforcement associations, utility worker, and building trade unions throughout New York. He is General Counsel to the Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association Legal Benefit Fund, Suffolk County Police Columbia Association, and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, Riverhead, NY. He serves on the World Trade Center Council Advisory Commission established in conjunction with the Mount Sinai-Selikoff and the NYU/Bellevue occupational and environmental medicine clinics on Workers’ Compensation.

Jordan initiated and helped establish the Workers’ Compensation class curriculums taught at both the New York City District Council of Carpenters Labor Technical College and the Empire State Regional Council Carpenters Apprenticeship Training Program, where he is the regular lecturer. He lectures extensively in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Disability Retirement Pensions. He also worked closely with the New York State AFL-CIO on its Workers’ Compensation Navigator Program.

Jordan Ziegler has been recognized five consecutive years since 2006 as a New York Superlawyer by his peers, for exceptional achievement in his representation of injured workers. He was a member of the inaugural class and currently serves as a trustee of the Energeia Partnership, a leadership academy dedicated to identifying and addressing issues of the Long Island region. He has been recognized by The Emerald Isle Immigration Center by receiving its prestigious Robert Briscoe Award and was honoree of the Education and Assistance Corporation’s Aloha Golf Classic.

Jordan received his law degree from The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in New York, and received his Bachelors Degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New York and is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the New York State and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), and the New York Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (NYCOSH).

Mr. Ziegler is an active columnist in magazines, newsletters and journals for various utility worker, trade union, and police and law enforcement associations. He is also an active member of the Eastern Long Island Police Pipes and Drums marching band.

Jordan Ziegler resides in Great Neck, NY with his wife Wendy and his two sons, Zachary and Benjamin.
