Supporting GOA in the time of COVID-19
We are living in unprecedented times as we fight this pandemic as a school community and as a country. 
Our school community has been adversely affected.  Due to our school closure, we have needed to go to remote instruction for our students.  We have had to cancel our major fundraiser, our in-person Spring Gala. At the same time, we are experiencing growing financial aid needs from families.  Your support today of this initiative is more important than ever to keep our school community strong.  
 
Why a Virtual Journal? 
For our school, there are many benefits to having a Virtual Journal: 
  • You can help our school remotely during the closure. 
  • The Virtual is available online for viewing for the next year for visitors to our website.  
  • Supporters can conveniently submit their ads anytime online.
  • You can create a special message in honor of our school, community, a special teacher.
  • You can promote your business which will be seen by all our school families, faculty, grandparents, alumni parents and our entire school community.   
 
How to Submit Your Ad: 
 
1. Specifications  
All ads (except listings) are sized Full Page. Ad levels are distinguished by category heading.
 
2. Camera ready ad graphics should be sized 1000px (width) by 670px (height).  They are reproduced best in a horizontal orientation and should be sent as a PDF, .jpg or .gif. 
 
3. Business Cards can be submitted at any level (except listing) and are considered camera ready ad graphics and should follow the specs above.  In addition, we cannot guarantee the quality of a scanned business card and request that they be sent to us in electronic format.
 
4. Logos: When placing a text ad, you have the option of including a logo with your text.
 
Camera ready ad graphics, logos, or business cards should be emailed to Caryn Rosenberg in jpg, .pdf, .gif format. 
 
How to submit ads:
The best way to submit ads, is to click on the "Place an Ad / RSVP" tab above. You will receive an email receipt as soon as you complete the registration.
 
How to Pay:   
Payment online is best through the RSVP TAB.  However, to pay by check, please make your check payable to Golda Och Academy and mail to: GOA Office of Development, 1418 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052.
 
Buying more than one ad:
You may buy ads on the registration form. However, if you would like to purchase more than one ad, please register for each one separately.
