Laura Elster serves as Vice President of Sales at Tempus, a technology company empowering physicians to deliver personalized cancer care through big data and analytics. At Tempus, she leads commercial teams responsible for clinical and research partnerships in oncology.
Prior to joining Tempus, Laura spent 15 years with St. Jude Medical, providing clinical services to patients and collaborating with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes through implantation and optimization of cardiac pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
