Jo Zinman is a senior Organizational Health, Talent Development and Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience developing talent and driving business results through leading edge Human Capital Management. As Director, Learning and Development at Paylocity, Jo oversees both employee and client training strategic planning, development and delivery and ensures that the key audiences are receiving best-in-class training at their “speed of need”.
Prior to joining Paylocity, Jo held several Human Resources and Learning and Development leadership roles spanning several industries including Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, BBDO Advertising, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. At Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Jo was the Director, Learning and Development and championed several learning initiatives to drive front-line stakeholders’ product and technical knowledge and ultimately help cancer patients seek the care they required.
Jo earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University, Toronto, Canada and her post grad in Human Resources Management at Seneca College, Toronto Canada.
