Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer bring shared passion for teaching and more than 30 years of fitness experience to Shred415.

 

As longtime neighbors and friends, Bonnie and Tracy tracked exercise trends for years, looking for the perfect opportunity to create an experience that integrated cardio and strength training while meeting the needs of busy parents.

 

In April 2011, the first Shred415 studio—complete with childcare—opened in Lincoln Park. They currently have 29 studios open: 10 company owned studios in the Chicagoland area, St Louis, and Indianapolis and 19 franchises.

 

As two of the Midwest’s top fitness experts, Bonnie and Tracy have been profiled by numerous media outlets, including CS Magazine, Chicago Magazine, Vogue.com, SELF Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, Fox News, WGN News, MariaShriver.com, and SELF.com. They’ve received numerous prestigious business awards, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2014, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015.

Shred415 is currently franchising, and has sold over 75 franchises to date across the US.
