Paul Meyeroff has been with Procare LTC as President since its beginnings in 2007. Previously he held executive positions within institutional pharmacy organizations for more than 35 years. Paul’s passion is bringing greater value to the residents, owners, operators and clinical staff of the many types of healthcare facilities within the Procare LTC host of clients. The importance of proactively identifying customer needs enables Procare LTC to be in the forefront of care as the perfect fit for Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Adult homes, Group Homes, Drug Addiction Treatment as well as other residential facilities that benefit from an experienced organization designed
with the customer in mind.
Paul Meyeroff graduated with a Bachelors of Science from St John University.
He is currently a registered pharmacist in New York and Florida.
Distinguished Service
Earnest K. Ragin has been a Nursing Home Administrator for almost 50 years. He began his career in long term care in 1968 when he served as the Food Service Director of Lyden Nursing Home in Astoria, New York. He acquired his Nursing Home Administrator license in 1972. Since then he has been a New York State Department of Health Receiver, a nursing home Operator and most recently, the Executive Director of the Norwegian Christian Home and Health Center (a position that he held for 12 years).
Ernie attended Cornell University as well as the French and Polyclinic Medical School and Health Center. He is retired and lives with his wife Victoria in their home in Glen Cove, New York.
